We had the most beautiful day organised and executed by Plan A (Fieke) and Vera's assistance on the day. From the moment we contacted Plan A a year before our wedding date to the day, everything was smooth and stress free.
Being a project manager with extra attention to detail, I must have emailed Fieke a million times with hundreds of questions and requests and she handled them all with patience and grace.
On the day, Vera was there to help - just quietly in the background whenever you needed her without even noticing she's there.
We are so grateful for Plan A's team and their professionalism, communication, care and the passion they bring to their work, making people's special days, more special and stress-free.

Honestly cannot recommend Fieke & Plan A enough. Watching our wedding come to life was incredible as it looked and felt exactly the way we dreamed it would, right down to every tiny detail. Fieke was the most reliable planner we could ever have hoped for, with 10/10 communication and transparency along the way, ensuring everything was delivered on and more. I would trust Fieke with a wedding of any scale, type or size and I just wish we were having a second wedding so we could work with her & Plan A again!!

From day one, Fieke's incredible organisation and proactive approach were evident and this is high praise coming from a lawyer who is extremely organised. She kept everything on track and, in fact, the whole process was super fun and enjoyable. She was always several steps ahead, anticipating needs and solving issues. I knew we were in good hands and that everything would go smoothly with Fieke being my planner. Especially when I compare with my other friends’ planners, I knew I had the best one. Fieke also responds all the time, 24/7, which is very impressive as I usually only expect this from lawyers! While others in Bali may be operating on island time, not Fieke!
Her meticulous attention to detail and calm presence meant that we could truly be present and enjoy our wedding day, stress-free and made me feel very assured. We are endlessly grateful for her hard work and dedication. Fieke, you are a superstar, and we cannot recommend you highly enough!
Also, prior to engaging PlanA when we were still wedding venue scouting, Fieke already provided lots of assistance with no guarantee that I would engage her services. There was no 50% deposit rule like other planners - their trust (in me) and confidence in their services drew me to them even more as compared to other planners.

Where do we even start? It’s hard to put into words just how amazing our wedding was, all thanks to Plan A, our incredible planner Fieke, and their team of talented recommended vendors.
From the very beginning, Fieke’s communication was seamless and stress-free — no small feat given all the moving parts of planning a destination wedding! She provided a range of vendor options across different budgets and helped us make decisions whenever we felt unsure of our creative direction.
At first, I thought our vision was simple and understated, but when we saw the final setup, we were gobsmacked. The attention to detail and the level of elegance were beyond anything we could have imagined.
The Plan A staff were attentive to every little detail — there was never an unanswered question or an empty glass. Everything was perfectly taken care of (a special shout-out to the wonderful lady who fanned me during cocktail hour!). Because of their organisation and thoughtfulness, we were able to truly relax and enjoy the day with our guests.
The vibe they created was absolutely insane, and our friends and family still rave about it to this day.

We had a small (but mighty) 45-person wedding, and she made sure our vision came to life—even when dealing with some... let’s say, challenging venues. Her team was an absolute dream on the day, keeping everything smooth, stress-free, and exactly how we wanted it. From checking the florals to fanning our sweaty faces (thanks Kadek 😂) it's 5-star service. She just gets couples and knows how to navigate Bali’s unique wedding scene and how to execute the vision for a *ahem Type A, very-specific bride. Honestly, we couldn’t have done it without her!

“Tash is the wedding bestie you never knew you needed! They say “when you know, you know” and that’s exactly how we felt when we met Tash for the very first time over Zoom.
Over the one year of planning, we never felt in the dark about anything. Having a destination wedding is always scary because you don’t know the local language and rules. With Plan A, there was never a worry in our minds that we wouldn’t get the wedding of our dreams.

"I selected Plan A out of a few planners that I met, and I just knew as soon as I met Tash that she would be the best person to handle my wedding.
She was very friendly and vibrant, and she answered all my questions right away.
Tash and the whole Plan A team were amazing throughout the planning process from start to finish. They were always accommodating of my requests even my last minute changes. Tash gave me really good advice and recommended great suppliers. She gave suggestions on how I could fit everything I wanted within the budget that we had. Tash was always available and made time to reply to me even on her days off.

I had followed Plan A on Instagram for a while and always knew I wanted to have my wedding in Bali and have them plan it.
My (now) husband and I organised a very spontaneous last minute trip to Bali straight after Covid when everything opened up again. I messaged Plan A on instagram asking if we could meet and that was when we met the amazing Tash.
Instantly we clicked, she knew exactly what I wanted and brought every single vision I had to life.
Tash is an absolute powerhouse at what she does, she makes sure every single detail is perfect.
I’m extremely greatful for Tash and the team at Plan A, the whole experience was just amazing.

Where do we begin? April 2021 I started to find what I thought would be impossible, a wedding planner that would communicate, keep me (the bride) calm and bring our dream to life.
Enter Tash and Plan A. From the moment I zoomed - I knew Tash was the one. It was a turbulent time, COVID, vaccinations, Bali propaganda and nervous guests. Each and every time I had a question or a concern, Tash would come back filled with sound advice and positive words.
Fast forward to June 2023 with a wedding date in September. Now it’s time to really get to the nitty gritty. Everything went smoothly and Tash sent us mood boards that brought our wedding to life.
Kelvin and I finally landed in Bali and Tash and her team came to meet with us and step through the plan for ceremony and reception. It was all perfect. Did we have some glitches , yes! But what wedding doesn’t and with Tash and her team nothing was too hard or too small to deal with.
The day before the wedding, Tash was back and walking through a rehearsal with us and making sure everyone and everything was in order for our big day.
Then came our wedding day - finally! Tash was sick but she was there! Her team was superb and I watched little snippets of our dream come to life! Tash and the resort team at Hotel Nikko worked together to create - THE MOST AMAZING WEDDING I HAVE EVER SEEN!
We cannot thank you enough Tash for your guidance and support through what is a stressful time - not to mention it being overseas and not even knowing really what was what and who was who! You and your team made every step seamlessly easy and less stressful than I anticipated.
We cannot recommend Plan A highly enough and if we are ever planning an event in Bali again, Tash is our lady! We have passed her details on to everyone we know who even might be on the cards for marriage.
