About Plan A

Kadek is our Senior Coordinator here at Plan A. She is the heart and soul of our company in human form on your big day. Along with your planner, Kadek is on site ensuring that all vendors and suppliers are exactly where they need to be, when they need to be there. She is the machine that makes sure the run sheet is followed by all, and that all communications on the day are fluid and succinct.

Kadek has been with Plan A for many years now, and being a member of her local church, will often be our go-to when it comes to organizing the celebrant or pastor for your ceremony, coordinating your pre-wedding meetings.

Whenever anyone is in doubt, whether its a guest who can't find the bathroom, the photographer who might want extra time with the couple before the re-entry to the wedding, or if the couple want any last minute changes to the run sheet on the day, Kadek is the go-to woman for this.
